    Description:
In our web log since the 1485 service pack was installed, I see the errors:

    Oracle error: io_z69_write
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (ABC01.Z69_ID) violated

    Oracle error: io_z35_write
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (ABC01.Z35_ID3) violated

I read the KBs on this but am still unclear as to what I need to do to fix it.

    Resolution:
As described in KB 16384-717, the Z69_ID is a timestamp. If two transactions are written at the same time, the second will fail -- but then another (successful) attempt will be done a second later.

The Z35_ID3 is also a timestamp and exactly the same principle applies.

Both of these errors may be ignored.
