The /exlibris/aleph/a18_1/usm01/scratch/ had many very large run_e_03 logs:

These are unnecessary. I stopped the usm01 ue_03 and deleted them. I also changed $alephe_root/aleph_start so that ue_03 would not be automatically started ("setenv RLIN_STARTUP_LIBS").
