v.19 Change 752: UTF_TO_MARC8

there is the line
UTF_TO_MARC8 ##### # line_utf2line_marc8
for the first four columns.
Change 752 says to put a "Y" in column 6.
My question is: do we need to specify a Character Conversion Table in column 5?

Resolution:
No, you don't have to add anything to column 5 in conjunction with this change/enhancement. Just add the "Y" to column 6.
