v21 Minor Release: "tar: ./alephcom/bin/verutil.exe: Cannot stat: No such file "

Problem Symptoms:
Aleph version 21 Minor Release (Service Pack 2278) gets the following error messages:
tar: ./alephcom/bin/verutil.exe: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
Cause:
The SP install utility is expecting there to be a new verutil.exe, but there is none.
Resolution:
* This error message can be ignored. Proceed on the assumption that the SP is OK.
* On January 7, 2013, the service-pack utility was fixed so that this error will not be produced.
