    Description:
    We find that with 'wst=suppressed' at the end of our ABC01PUB base entry in tab_base like this:

    ... alldocuments not (wown=CDDCM or wown=COT or wlc=cddcm or wst=elague or wst=acq or wst=suppressed)

    the wst=suppressed fails to prevent z00p's from being created for records with STA $$aSuppressed;

    but with 'wst=suppressed' *before* the other wst's like this:

    ... alldocuments not (wown=CDDCM or wown=COT or wlc=cddcm or wst=suppressed or wst=acq or wst=elague)

    the z00p's are correctly suppressed (-- and the STA elague and acq records are *also* correctly suppressed).

    Resolution:
    This is a puzzling situation, but since this order of wst's *does* work correctly, we have closed this SI.
