After Z00p is updated, the z00p_timestamp shows time in the future (/past for other customers).

    Resolution:
The Z00p timestamp is updated according to the UTC time (Coordinated Universal Time).* Using UTC time is a standard required by modern protocols (e.g. OAI). This is done because client and server applications may reside in different time zones. All servers have UTC time.

The z00p_timestamp (and the $aleph_root/tab/tab_publish_timestamp) are in the following format: YYYYMMDDHHMMSSS.

Though there are some subtle issues (see https://www.timeanddate.com/time/gmt-utc-time.html ), UTC is basicall the same as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) (the time in Greenwich, England).
