z16_sub_library value not updated when HOL sub_library updated via p_file_08/p_manage_18

Question
When updating the sublibrary field in 852 of the HOL record using "oad ALEPH Sequential MARC Records (manage-18)" the sublibrary is correctly changed in the HOL record but NOT in the linked subscription record. How can this be changed so that the sublibrary is also modified in the subscription record?

ue-01 (Indexing of records processes) should be running in HOL library xxx60, please use util->E->1.
