z303-last-name-z303-first-name-not-active in GUI

Question

We added the new patron name fields z303-last-name and z303-first-name but can't find them in the GUI or OPAC forms. How to implement the fields?

Please see from the Release Notes for Aleph 22:

The migration of the current Z303?NAME table into the two new fields is done by running the new Convert Patron Name (p-com-04)batch service.

So it's not sufficient to add the new fields and set parameter PATRON?NAME?FORMAT in $alephe_tab/tab100 but the "old" fields have also to be migrated.
