    Resolution:
    The z68_order_status = SV: If the item has arrived, why would it still be SV?

    KB 16384-251309 says: "correct_z68_status checks to see if there's a z78 (arrival) record and, if not, overrides the z68_arrival_status."

    Creating z78's for these orders solved the problem.
