Need a comprehensive list of all active continuous POLs that do not have payment associated with them

    status: open
    priority: medium
    subject area: funds expenditure
    acquisitions

    Use Case:

Institutional fund managers need to be able to track, budget, report, and project expenditures.

It is possible to get a list of all continuous orders with or without associated payment/invoices but migrated POLs are excluded from these lists.

Institutions need to be able to find all active POLs without recent payment information, even for migrated orders.
