Description

When running the SIS feed the following error appears: Identifier of type ... and value ... is already taken Across Institution in this feed.

Resolution

The error appears when the Primary Identifier value is the same as another identifier on the user record. This is not allowed, the Primary Identifier must be unique. You should change the according other identifier to another value.

OR

Any identifier contains the same value as another identifier and the configuration is not set to allow this. In order to change the configuration please contact Ex Libris Support.
