A canceled Lending Request won't update to Completed

Question
A Lending Request that was canceled will not update to Completed. The item has been returned and shows as 'Item in Place' and Checked In cannot be selected from the Actions Menu. How can this Lending Request be Completed?
Answer
Click the checkbox next to each Lending Request you wish to update. At the top of the page, select Change Status > Request Completed.
