    Description

    We want to add a role to all users with a specific user group. How can we do it?

    Resolution

    1. Create a set of all users with the required user group.
    2. Go to Admin > Run a Job and select the 'Update/Notify users' job.
    3. Select the set of users you created.
    4. Check the 'Add role' box and select the desired role from the dropdown menu.
    5. Run the job.
