Problem Symptoms:
Get message "Add set of portfolios job has failed" when attempt to Add Set of portfolios to Electronic Collection.
Cause:
Name of Set is too long.
Resolution:
Shorten name of set.
Additional Information
Created a set of electronic portfolios via advanced search where standalone=Yes.
Created a local electronic collection.
Attempting to add portfolios via Add From Set.
Get ?Add set of portfolios job has failed.?
Go to Manage Sets.
Edit the Set.
Shorten the Set Name.
Now able to add set of portfolios to collection.
