Alma Digital storage limits

How to monitor their used/free storage space in Alma Digital? 

Resolution

• The deleted digital files are not counted as part of the overall allowed allotment of files by size.  
Only the "active" (not deleted) files are counted.

• The default analytics report "Total digital space usage" at 'shared/Alma/Digital Inventory' currently does filter out the deleted files.  This is because it has the following filter:  "File Details"."File Lifecycle" = 'Active'
