    Alma error "Notification failed to be sent" when trying to resend notification

    Description

    Alma displays the error, "Notification failed to be sent" when resending a notification.

    Resolution

    When using Resend notification from a user record, Alma is trying to send the Resend Notification Letter. The cause of the error is that the letter is set to inactive on the Letters Configuration page. Enabling the letter solves the problem. 

    Access the page at Configuration > General > Letters > Letters Configuration
