Symptoms

A Shelf Report job has been completed successfully. The job report shows several entries in the Analysis section. Download one of the lists, e.g. "Barcodes with no matched item".

The download is not working and we receive a "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException" error

Workaround

This error is caused by the name of the input file used for the shelf report.

If the name of the file contains an ampersand (&) character, the report cannot be downloaded.
