Question

When exporting Analytics reports in text formats, the encoding is sometimes UCS-2. Can this be changed to UTF-8.

Answer

The export encoding is an Oracle standard which cannot be changed.

Additional Information

Helpful hints:
* CSV exports are always in UTF-8-BOM encoding; only tab delimited exports are in UCS-2.
* The text editor Notepad++ has a menu option to convert UCS-2 files to UTF-8.
