    Question

Is it possible to anonymize user information in the Network Zone Analytics environment?

This references the non-transactional Analytics anonymization and does not apply to transaction anonymization. For more information, please see our documentation about anonymizing Analytics report details.

    Answer

It is possible to anonymize the identifying information of users in the Network Zone Analytics while maintaining full user reporting in the Member Institutions. Please contact Support to enable anonymized data in the Network Zone Analytics.

There are two options for anonymizing user data in Analytics:

    • "true" - anonymizes all identifying information listed in the documentation (linked above)
    • "true_limited_01" - anonymizes all information except for First Name, Last Name, and Primary Identifier
