BIB records missing from Recent Entities list

Why don't I see my revised BIB and HOL records in the list of Recent Entities?
Resolution
Only after releasing BIB and HOL records in the metadata editor they are displayed in the Recent Entities. If you edit a record, save your work and close the metadata editor without releasing the record, it will not be displayed until you do release it.
