Bib record disappears after overlay

Description
A particular bib record disappeared from Alma yesterday, and we're having no luck finding or “restoring” it today either. It was a DDA record that was overlaid with the full OCLC record yesterday, but was somehow gone when we went back to check it.
Resolution
This record is now found in your repository. The issue was that it had no IE identifier after the electronic IE was deleted.
