    Question

How to enable new Opening Hours, Exceptions, Events in the Calendar to apply? Currently, loans and renewals are not impacted by the change.

    Answer

First, be sure to have clicked "Apply Changes" after any modification of the Opening Hours table.

Secondly, to apply retroactively, enable the job "Loans - Due Date Correction after Calendar Change". It will review all existing loans and adjust due dates.

The job may trigger "Change Due Date" emails to users, if the letter "Loan Status Notice" is enabled.
