    Question

The Vendor Interface record has place for a Note. How can it be displayed in Primo for Portfolios that are imported for this Vendor?
Having a common Public Note field in the Interface name would avoid having to add it for every portfolio individually

    Answer

    * Currently the Vendor notes are not used by the ViewIt (Service) tab
    * The Public Note is defined in level of the the Electronic Collection or the Service (e.g. full-text); it trickles down to all its portfolios
