Question

Currently when manually editing or creating a holdings record the drop-down options for Library and Location are in random order. Can these be arranged in alpha order?

Answer

In the Metadata Editor Holdings Form, Location Codes display in alphabetical order of Location Name, not Code.

Additional Information

It is possible to modify the Location Names to sort alphabetically to match the Codes. Note that the External Location Name can be filled in for display to Primo users.
