Can we anonymize User Details and information in our Premium Sandbox?

Yes, if you would like to have User Details in your Premium Sandbox anonymized, please contact ExLibris Support.
The anonymization typically occurs the next time your Sandbox is refreshed. If you would like this done before the semi-annual refresh, please notify Exlibris Support of this requirement.

Internal comment: Sandbox anonymization is done by different support Tiers depending upon your regional team. In NA, this is currently done by Tier 2 Support. The directions for anonymization are located in the internal tools guide: If the customer wishes to have their Premium Sandbox anonymized before the next refresh, open a SNOW ticket to have the sandbox refreshed immediately.
