    Can we anonymize User Details and information in our Premium Sandbox?

    Answer

    Anonymization of user details is available for consortia only and not for standalone customers.

    If you are a member of a consortium where several institutions share a sandbox, and if you would like to have User Details in your Premium Sandbox anonymized, please contact ExLibris Support.

    The anonymization typically occurs the next time your Sandbox is refreshed. If you would like this done before the semi-annual refresh, please notify Exlibris Support of this requirement.
