Why is Alma Import Profile not accepting the file?

Answer

It is possible that the file you are trying to upload is too large.

The recommended file size limit is currently 10MB, when using an Import Profile and uploading files directly.

You can try uploading the file through an FTP (which means there is no limit on file size), or breaking the file down into smaller files to make it easier for Alma to process.
