    Description

    When trying to open the "Subscribers" configuration menu under >Acquisitions >General in order to configure COUNTER subscribers the menu is not shown.

    Resolution

    A specific internal parameter is needed in order to be able to configure Subscribers. Please contact Ex Libris Support !

      • Configuration for this: "Warning - Patron does not have resource sharing requesting privileges."
      • Configure Alma circulation desk(s) so that personal delivery items not immediately loaned
