Is it possible to configure auto-recall so that the system automatically recalls loans when they have a hold placed on them, but does not issue recalls when the item is overdue for a set amount of days?

Answer

When auto-recall is enabled, all forms of recall are enabled. This means that an institution cannot select which types it wants to use and turn off the others.
