    Question

Connexion exports are seeing slow response time -- typically around 10-15 seconds.

    Answer

Please see if this will help:

In the OCLC Connexion client, verify these parameters:

"Permanent Connection" configuration in the OCLC Connexion should be unchecked
    * In the Connexion client select:
    ** Tools > Options
** In the "Export" tab select "Edit" for the Alma Export Destination setup
** Uncheck the "Permanent Connection" option

Also, in the same menu, try this:

    * Decrease the timeout to 20 and try again

In one case, it was recommended also to decrease the number of retries to 0/1 and try again.

It could also be a system-wide issue, never hesitate to contact support.
