    Added a brief record on a course reserve reading list citation. Author last name was used as the call number. Item created for reserve location. Call number missing on new holding record.

    Solution:
    1. Click title of saved citation (view bib record).
    2. Verify tag of call number (likely 084 $$a)
    3. Alma > Resource Management > Resource Configuration > Configuration Menu > Call Number Mapping
    4. Add new row - example below
    * 852 1st Ind - 8 (other schema)
    * Bib Field To Copy - 084?? (5 characters - tag plus indicators)
    * Bib Subfields To Copy - a (must match bib subfields)
    * 852 Subfield Destinations - h (must match holding subfields)
    * Description - Other/Reserve/Periodicals
    5. ADD
    end of steps
