Question

Many journals are purchased as part of a package deal - there is no price associated with the individual journal, yet we have POLs for these to show that we do subscribe to them. Is there a way  to enable a ZERO price in the POL and not have to enter a Fund code or at least enter the fund code with ZERO?

Answer

Consider using an acquisition method of "technical" which also makes price optional. That type is there as a catch-all for situations like this. The trick is to leave price and fund blank. Zero-dollar transactions on funds are not allowed, but leaving it blank works fine

Another approach is to not add additional order records. The order attached to the electronic collection is the typical workflow for this situation, as long as the titles are in the same collection.
