    Description 

    The request ID and item barcode images printed on our resource request and transit slips are no longer scannable. 

    The barcode image generates with a minuscule line of unevenly spaced lines of varying thickness at the end of the barcode. In fact, it looks like a very small and compressed barcode printed vertically. 

     

    Resolution 

    The problem was the print drivers on the PC used for printing.
