    Determining Item Availability on a Reading List

    Question

    How can the availability of all items on a reading list be determined?

    Answer

    1. Go to Alma > Fulfillment > Course Reserves > Reading Lists
    2. For the reading list in question, select Actions > View
    3. Click Tools > Excel to download a spreadsheet of the citations
    4. This spreadsheet has a field for availability
