    Question

Do overencumbrance rules in ledger and fund records apply when importing new orders?

    Answer

Alma will take overencumbrance and overexpenditure rules into account when order records are imported using a New Order import profile.
The Purchase Order (PO) lines will be created with a Review status including the error message: "Mandatory information is missing or erroneous."
Manually enter the Material Supplier and Fund information when reviewing the PO Line before resubmitting.
