Is authority control active for CZ records?

Resolution

Short answer: no, we do not have authority control jobs running on Alma CZ records.

Longer answer: Alma CZ is used by customers all over the world and it is impossible to find the correct authority that will benefit ALL our CZ users. The LOC authorities are English or Latin oriented and the job would change non Latin names and subjects from their original language, for example, Japanese to the Latin version, and so it was decided not to be run.
