Find out how a POL was created

Question
How can I determine how a POL was created (i.e. from an import profile with an EOD file or manually by a user)?
Answer
1) Click the plus sign in the “Additional” section of the POL
------A new section will open up
------It includes other fields
2) Select the “Source Type” and “Last updated by”
