    Problem Symptoms:
    invoices and the FTP always fails if more than 50 invoices exist in the file.

    Error message:

    System job status{DESCRIPTION=system job has completed with failure
    General error {DESCRIPTION=Failed to retrieve file sample

    Keep cutting the number of invoices down, and with 50 invoices -- the import would succeed.

    Cause:


    Resolution:
    The solution, determined by the library, and tested successfully:

    Enable "FTP Passive Mode" under "S/FTP definitions"

    Additional Information

    Steps: 1. ADMINISTRATION > General Configuration > Configuration Menu 2. S/FTP Definitions 3. Actions > Edit the S/FTP 4. Click: "FTP Passive Mode"
