    How are the Primo Get It tab messages configured when no full text is available?

    Question

    Can the message "Your search did not match any physical resource in the library" and other messages which display in the Primo Get It tab when there is no full text be changed?

    Answer

    1. Go to Alma > Fulfillment Configuration

    2. Under Discovery Interface Display Logic, select Labels

    3. Select Customize next to each label to be changed and change the text in the description box:

    "Your search did not match any physical resource in the library."
    label: c.uresolver.getit2.holding_list.empty.top

    "There are no services available."
    label: c.uresolver.getit2.holding_list.empty.signed_in_user.no_services

    "Having problems? Please contact the staff"
    label: c.uresolver.getit2.holding_list.empty.bottom

    4. Select Customize on the bottom of the page and save. The change(s) will be visible in Primo immediately.
