    Question

    How can I determine how many electronic collections are in my repository in Alma?

    Answer

    1. Perform and advanced search on Electronic Collection
    2. Add the "Electronic Collection PID" field
    3. Select the greater than sign “>” as the operator
    4. Input a zero "0" for the search value
    5. Click Search

    Advanced search with electronic collection PID field included

    The number of retrieved search results indicates the number of electronic collections in your repository.
