How can a record locked by another user be unlocked in Alma?
Answer
1. Go to Alma > Resource Management > Metadata Editor
2. Select Tools > Release All Records for User
3. Select the User, and Release Records.*
*The user can be identified by viewing the locked record in the Metadata Editor. It will say "View Only - locked by user@01EXL" to specify what user and which institution.
