How to allow requests for missing items

How to allow requests for items which have been marked as missing in Alma? This is disabled by default.
Answer
- Navigate to Configuration > Fulfillment > General > Other settings
- Locate the option "missing_item_requestable" and click "Customize"
- Change the parameter value to "true"
- Click "Save"
