    Question

How to add the correct resource type in a Reading List? Currently only type book is displayed.

    Answer

The information displayed at the beginning of the 2nd. line of a citation in the Reading List is not the resource type but the citation material type. Therefore you might see different values here than in a repository search result list. The citation matierial type can be changed manually.

Please find an example with screenshots here Reading list.docx

The resource types from a BIB record in resource management and the material types for citations in a reading list are unfortunately not related. The material type has to be assigned manually and if this is not done the default value "Book" is taken.
