How to configure a request status that appears in My Account in Primo

Desired Outcome Goal:
Procedure:
1. Go to Fulfillment Configuration > Configuration menu > Physical Fulfillment > Request Task Name
2. Edit the desired description. Note: do NOT change the code, only the description.
3. Save the table.
