How do I edit the selection in the Material Type field in the analytics report "Physical Item Usage for Weeding" from its current selections?

The current report has the following selections: NULL, BOOK, Computer file, Journal, Map, Mixed material, Music, Unknown, and Visual material.

Answer

The existing "Physical Item Usage for Weeding" report is located in the  /shared/Alma/Inventory/Reports folder. To be able to edit this report, save a copy into your folder or a local shared folder.

The Material Type dimension is under Physical Item Details, and you can select/deselect one or more values listed there by clicking the magnifying glass icon next to the Value field. A complete list of material types used in your system will display, with initial selections from the original report as listed above.
