    How to display the pickup location Borrowing Request Task list? How to display additional fields in the Lending Request or Borrowing Request Task list?

    Answer

    You can choose which fields to include in your task-list displays, and wherein record display they should appear, to do so, on the Resource Sharing or Borrowing Task-List Page, open the Customization menu (gear) > User customization > Record customization. 

    The additional optional fields that can be added to Resource-Sharing Lending and Borrowing task lists are:

    Lending Request Task List: OCLC Number, LCCN, Issue, Volume, Pages, Request Note, MMS ID, Internal Identifier, Level of Service, Barcode, Request printed, Date for Reply, Update date.

    Borrowing Request Task List: OCLC Number, LCCN, Issue, Volume, Pages, Request Note, MMS ID, Internal Identifier, Additional Info, Pickup Location, Level of Service, Barcode, Date for Reply, Update date.

     

    These fields are hidden by default and they are available only from Alma 2023 May Release.
