    Desired Outcome Goal:
Testing exporting bib records, we found that two 035 fields were generated from the OCLC control number one was prefaced with (OCoLC) the other was prefaced with (OCoLC)ocn. How can we adjust settings so that only one 035 is generated with just the (OCoLC) preface?

    Procedure:
    1. In OCLC Connexion client, choose “Tools” > “Options”
    2. Choose the “Export” tab
    3. At the bottom, click the “Field Export Options” button
    4. Under “Fields to Delete, Bibliographic Records,” type: 035

    Additional Information

This will delete the 035 field added by OCLC, while Alma will continue to generate the standard 035 field.
