    Import Profile error: "Failed in stage Loading"

    Problem Symptoms:
    Repository or Update Inventory import profile fails to load records.

    Job Events has error: "failed in stage Loading."

    Cause:
    There may be a problem with a Normalization Rule used by the profile.

    Resolution:
    1. Find the profile's Normalization Rule:
    a. Open the import profile's "Normalization & Validation" tab and check the process defined in "Correct the data using".
    b. Locate the process in "Alma > Resource configuration menu > General > Processes".
    c. Check which processes are selected in "Task List" tab.
    d. If a MarcDroolNormalization is selected, check which rule is defined in "Drools File Key" in "Task Parameters" tab.

    2. Open the normalization rule in the Metadata Editor.

    3. Save the rule again - this might solve the problem.

    4. If not - debug the rule:
    a. Manually create a record from the file failing to load.
    b. Apply the normalization rule to make sure it runs without failing.
    c. If the rule fails - fix the error that makes it fail.
    d. Save the corrected rule.
