Inactive Electronic Collection published to Primo
- Product: Alma
- Product Version: Alma March 2016 Release
- Relevant for Installation Type: All
Question
When an E-collection is inactive in Alma, the service is ‘not available’ and all the portfolios are inactive yet the collection is published to Primo with the collection level URL. Can this be changed?
Answer
Yes, deactivating service and portfolios for an Electronic Collection does not suppress it from Primo.
It is necessary to define the E-collection bibliographic record as "Suppress from publishing" in the MD Editor.
