Is there a way in Alma to make a report of all resources which have both physical and electronic inventory for the same title (overlap analysis)?

Question:

Is there a way in Alma to make a report of all resources which have both physical and electronic inventory for the same title?  I am referring to a situation where there are two separate bibliographic records for the same title, and one had physical inventory and one has electronic inventory.  We need this for a deselection (weeding) project we are beginning.

Answer:

It is possible to create an overlap analysis report of all titles which have both physical and electronic resources.  This can be done using the "Title level overlap analysis" Alma Analytics dashboard which is located at"/shared/Alma/Titles/Dashboards".  The relevant tab of the dashboard to use is the one named "Overlap P and E" (the "P and E" stands for "Physical and Electronic").
