    Problem Symptoms:
    PO Lines are not removed from the Receive task list (under: Receiving and Invoicing) even though all items have been received and the "Next Step" is already defined

    Cause:
    "Keep in department" was selected when items were received, "Next Step" was selected, but work is not yet marked as done (which means that items are considered still in department)

    Resolution:
    * Uncheck "Keep in department"
    * Find the relevant POL
    * Select Actions > Done

    Additional Information

    Alternatively, Scan In the items at the permanent location.
